Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment until confirmed. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to doctor availability, emergencies, or operational requirements, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly of any changes.

We kindly request at least 4 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, so that the slot can be offered to another patient. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations without notice may affect your ability to book future appointments online and may require confirmation by phone.

6. Payment & Insurance

Payment for services not covered by insurance is due at the time of treatment, unless otherwise agreed. For patients using direct billing insurance, coverage is subject to verification with your insurance provider, and you remain responsible for any portion not covered by your policy, including co-payments and services outside your plan's coverage.

While we are committed to providing high-quality medical care, Al Abeer Medical Center's liability is limited to the extent permitted under applicable UAE law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
